Our service is hosted on Vercel and integrates with AI technology providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google, Meta, Mistral, Alibaba, Amazon, Cohere, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Vercel, Inception, Moonshot, Morph, ZAI to deliver results and content generation capabilities.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not scrape or conduct automated queries
• Do not generate or distribute illegal or harmful content

7. Pricing and Billing

AgentDune Chat currently does not offer paid plans. If we introduce paid features in the future, this section will be updated and you will be notified in advance.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

No Refund Policy: All subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

9. Privacy

Your use of AgentDune Chat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentDune Chat Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
